Data Export lets you download your PointWiseSystem data as CSV files. This is useful for backup, analysis, or record-keeping.
You can export:
All point additions and subtractions with dates and descriptions.
All rewards redeemed with dates and point costs.
List of all earners with current point balances.
All recurring task configurations and completion history.
The Export section is found in Settings. Here is what you will see:
Follow these steps to export your data:
Click the gear icon on the dashboard and enter your PIN.
Scroll down to the "📤 Export Data" section.
Click "Download CSV" next to the data type you want.
The CSV file downloads to your device. Open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet app.
Exported files are in CSV (Comma-Separated Values) format, which can be opened in:
Keep a copy of your data outside the app for peace of mind.
Create charts and graphs in Excel/Sheets to visualize progress.
Archive data for documentation or reporting purposes.
Move data to another system if needed.
Data export availability depends on your subscription:
No export access. Upgrade to Plus to export your data.
