Track steps, reading time, water intake, and more. See real progress — not just checkboxes.
Measurable tasks track numeric progress toward a daily goal. Instead of just tapping "done", you log values (steps, pages, minutes) and watch a progress bar fill up.
Track counts: steps, pages read, glasses of water, reps, miles.
Track time: minutes of reading, exercise, practice, meditation.
Full points only when the daily goal is met. All or nothing.
Points scale with progress. 50% done = 50% of points earned.
On your dashboard, measurable tasks show a progress bar. Enter a value and tap "+ Log". You can log multiple times per day — values add together.
Duration tasks get a play/stop timer button. Start it, do your activity, stop it — elapsed minutes are logged automatically. Capped at 4 hours.
Personal Goals are longer-term targets that accumulate over days or weeks. Unlike measurable tasks (which reset daily), goals keep building until you reach your target.
Log 1 each time you finish. Track over months.
Log miles after each run. Watch your total grow.
Log deposits. Earn bonus points when you hit the target.
Log sessions. Reach your goal over weeks.
Forgot to log yesterday? Tap the 📅 calendar icon, choose "Yesterday" or "2 days ago" or pick a specific date, then log your value. You cannot log for future dates.
Link a goal to a measurable task. Progress logged on that daily task also counts toward the goal automatically.
