What are Profiles?
Profiles let you organize different groups of earners separately. Each profile has its own earners, tasks, rewards, and settings - completely isolated from other profiles.
Example Use Cases:
- Family + Personal: One profile for your kids chores, another for your own habit tracking
- Teacher: Separate profiles for each class period or subject
- Coach: One profile per team or season
💡 Key Benefit: Profiles keep everything organized. Your family chores will not mix with your classroom management!
How Profiles Look on the Dashboard
The profile switcher appears in the dashboard header. Click it to switch between profiles:

For individuals tracking personal habits and self-improvement goals.

For homeschooling families managing curriculum, lessons, and learning.

For ABA therapy, special needs, and behavioral programs.
⚽ Sports Team
For coaches managing team effort, sportsmanship, and attendance.

For program coordinators managing activities and participation.

Creating a New Profile Plus
1Go to Settings
Click the gear icon and enter your PIN.
2Find Profiles Section
Scroll to "📁 Manage Profiles".
3Click "Create New Profile"
A form appears to set up your new profile.
4Choose Profile Type
Select the type that best matches your use case.
5Name Your Profile
Give it a descriptive name like "Smith Family" or "3rd Period Math".
6Start Adding Earners
Your new profile starts empty - add earners to get started!
Managing Profiles
From Settings, Manage Profiles, you can:
- Edit profile name - Click the edit icon to rename a profile
- Change profile type - Update the type to get different default tasks/rewards
- Delete a profile - Remove profiles you no longer need (cannot delete your last profile)
⚠️ Deleting a Profile: This permanently removes all earners, tasks, rewards, and history in that profile. This cannot be undone!

🆓 Free & Basic
1 profile included. Perfect for a single family or classroom.
👑 Plus
2 profiles included. Great for separating family and personal.
➕ Add-On
Extra profiles available for $1.99/month or $19.99/year each.
💡 Kiosk Mode & Profiles: When Kiosk Mode is enabled, the tablet is locked to the current profile. Switching profiles on your phone will not affect the kiosk tablet.
