How to Purchase: Go to Settings, then Profiles or Co-Admins to add extra slots when you need them.
How to Upgrade
Upgrading is quick and easy:
1Go to Settings
Click the gear icon on the dashboard and enter your PIN.
2Find Subscription Section
Scroll to "Subscription" at the bottom of Settings.
3Choose Your Plan
Select Basic or Plus, then choose monthly or annual billing.
4Complete Payment
Enter your payment details. Your new features activate immediately!
Prorated Billing: When you upgrade mid-cycle, you only pay the difference for the remaining days. No double-charging!
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription anytime:
1Go to Settings, then Subscription
Find your current plan details.
2Click Manage Subscription
This opens the Stripe customer portal.
3Cancel Your Plan
Follow the prompts to cancel. You will keep access until the end of your billing period.
What Happens After Cancellation: Your account will be downgraded to Free at the end of your billing period. All your data is preserved - you can upgrade again anytime to restore access.
What Happens If My Subscription Expires?
If your paid subscription expires or you cancel, your account is downgraded to Free:
You Keep
All your data, earners (first 2 stay active), and Simple Mode access.
Paused
Extra earners are disabled (not deleted). Custom tasks/rewards become read-only.
Lose Access
Stats, export, goals, challenges, streaks, routines, and premium features.
Restore Anytime
Upgrade again and everything comes back - including streak history!
Your Data is Safe: We never delete your data when you downgrade. Streaks, history, custom tasks - it is all preserved and waiting if you decide to upgrade again.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes! Go to Settings, then Subscription, then Manage Subscription to change your billing cycle. Annual billing saves you money (2 months free).
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Contact support@pointwisesystem.com if you are not satisfied.
Can I try Plus features before committing?
New accounts get a free trial period to explore all features. Check your Settings to see your trial status.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay through our secure payment processor (Stripe).
