What are To-Do Lists?

To-Do Lists are one-off tasks you assign to earners. Unlike recurring tasks (which repeat daily/weekly), to-dos are things that need to happen once — like "Clean out the garage" or "Finish book report."

🎯 Priorities

Mark items as High, Medium, or Low priority. High-priority items sort to the top automatically.

📅 Due Dates

Set optional due dates. Items turn yellow (due soon) or red (overdue) to keep earners on track.

✅ Subtasks

Break big tasks into smaller steps. Earners can check off subtasks as they go.

⭐ Points

Assign optional point rewards. Points are awarded when the to-do is marked complete.

2Enter the details
Give it a title (required). Optionally set priority, due date, points, and a description.
3Add subtasks (optional)
Break the task into smaller steps. Each subtask has its own checkbox earners can check off.
4Save
The to-do appears on the earner's card, sorted by priority (high first).

Completing a To-Do

When an earner finishes a to-do:

💡 Subtask Progress: Subtasks are independent — earners can check them off as they go, but the to-do itself is only "complete" when you mark the main item done.

Color Coding

To-dos are color-coded by due date to help earners prioritize:

Items without a due date have no color indicator.
