What is an Earner?

An Earner is anyone who earns points in your system - a child, student, team member, or even yourself for personal habit tracking. Each earner has their own point balance, tasks, and can redeem rewards independently.

How Earners Look on the Dashboard

Enabling & Disabling Earners

Instead of deleting earners, you can disable them to hide them from the dashboard while preserving their data.

Why Disable Instead of Delete?

How to Disable

Click the pause button next to the earner in Settings. They will be moved to the "Disabled Earners" section.

How to Re-Enable

Find the earner in the "Disabled Earners" section and click "Enable". Note: You must have an available earner slot.

⚠️ Plan Limits: If you are at your earner limit, you will need to disable another earner or upgrade your plan before re-enabling.

Deleting an Earner

Deleting an earner permanently removes them and all their data (points, history, redemptions). This cannot be undone.

πŸ’‘ Recommendation: Consider disabling instead of deleting. You can always delete later, but you cannot recover deleted data.
