Transparency about our partners: This page lists the third-party service providers (subprocessors) we work with to operate PointWiseSystem. These companies process personal data on our behalf to provide specific functionality.
What is a subprocessor?
A subprocessor is a third-party service we use to deliver specific parts of our Service. For example, we use Stripe to process payments — Stripe is our payment subprocessor. Each subprocessor has its own privacy and security practices, which we evaluate before using them.
Our Current Subprocessors

Notification of Changes
We will notify users at least 30 days in advance of adding any new subprocessor that materially processes personal data. Notifications will be sent via:
- Email to the address associated with your account
- A banner notice within the Service
- Updates to this page (with revised "Last Updated" date)
If you object to a new subprocessor, you may contact us at support@pointwisesystem.com to discuss your options, which may include account termination.
How We Evaluate Subprocessors
Before engaging a new subprocessor, we evaluate:
- Their data security and privacy practices
- Their compliance with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Whether they offer appropriate contractual protections (Data Processing Agreements)
- The minimum data necessary for their specific function
