Before You Start
This guide will walk you through enabling earner logins for your existing account. The process takes about 2 minutes per earner.
💡 Good to know: Enabling earner logins is optional. Your account works exactly as before if you prefer to manage everything yourself.
Step 1: Open the Personalize Modal
Log in to PointWiseSystem and go to your main dashboard where you see your earners.
Find the earner you want to set up and tap their avatar or name. This opens the Personalize modal.
Step 2: Set a PIN
Scroll down in the Personalize modal. You will see "🔐 Earner Login PIN" at the bottom.
A keypad will appear. Enter a 4-digit PIN that the earner will use to log in.

💡 PIN Tips:
Use different PINs for each earner
Avoid obvious PINs like 1234 or 0000
For young children, try their birth year or a number they know
Step 3: Share the Login Link
Once the PIN is set, you will see three buttons to share the earner login:

Change
Copies the URL to your clipboard. Paste it in a message, email, or bookmark it on the earner device.
Opens your device share menu. Send via text, email, AirDrop, or any app.
Opens the earner dashboard directly. Great for testing or handing the device to the earner right now.
Step 4: Test It Out
Use the "Open" button or go to the shared link.
The earner should see their name/avatar. Tap it and enter the PIN you set.
The earner should see their tasks, points, and rewards. Try marking a task complete!
🎉 Done! The earner can now log in independently. Repeat these steps for each earner you want to enable.

Enable Parent Approval on tasks that need verification (optional)
Troubleshooting
Earner forgot their PIN
Open the Personalize modal for that earner and click "Change PIN" to set a new one.
Earner is locked out
After 5 wrong PIN attempts, the account locks for 15 minutes. You can reset this immediately from the Personalize modal by clicking "Reset" in the lockout warning.
I do not see the PIN section
Make sure you are tapping on an earner avatar/name to open the Personalize modal, not the settings gear. The PIN section is at the bottom of the Personalize modal.
