PointWiseSystem is a simple, points-based system designed to encourage positive habits, thoughtful choices, and responsible decision-making. Users earn points for positive actions and redeem them for meaningful rewards chosen by the administrator.

An <strong>Earner</strong> is anyone or any group that earns points in your system. An Earner can be:
Individual child, student, team member, or participant.
Group of people working together (e.g., "Blue Team", "Room 5").
Classroom or group (e.g., "3rd Grade", "Soccer Team").
Whatever makes sense for your setting!
Each Earner has their own point balance and can redeem rewards independently.
Here's what you'll see when you log in:
Tap green buttons to award points for completed tasks.
Blue buttons are affordable, gray buttons need more points.
Current balance shown prominently on each earner's card.
PIN-protected settings for managing tasks, rewards, and earners.
Follow these steps to get started:
Sign up with your email and create a secure password. You'll also set a 4-digit PIN to protect the settings page.
Click the ⚙️ settings button, enter your PIN, and add each earner's name. You can add up to 2 earners on the free plan.
In settings, edit the tasks and rewards to match your needs. Basic and Plus plans allow full customization.
In Settings → Manage Earners, set a 4-digit PIN for each earner. This lets them log in to their own dashboard and complete tasks themselves!
Return to the dashboard and start awarding points for good behavior. Or let earners log in with their PIN and complete tasks themselves!
